Birmingham City Women FC is seeking a highly organised and motivated Kit & Equipment Assistant to join our Women & Girls Football Department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our First Team, Under-21s, and Academy programmes by helping to deliver a professional, high-performance environment both on and off the pitch. Working closely with the Kit & Equipment Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of kit, laundry, equipment management, and matchday operations across the club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on daily laundry requirements for player and staff training and match kit, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and care.
  • Collect, wash, dry, fold, and redistribute kit efficiently across the club.
  • Assist with the preparation, printing, and distribution of training and match kit throughout the season.
  • Support the management of kit stock levels, including regular stock checks and inventory control.
  • Lead on kit and equipment requirements for Under-21 fixtures and attend all home matches.
  • Support the day-to-day operational needs of the Under-21 programme, ensuring coaches have the equipment required for training and matches.
  • Assist the Academy programme with all kit and equipment requirements for training and fixtures.
  • Support First Team operations as required, including occasional home and away match coverage.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism within laundry, storage, and equipment areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all club policies, procedures, safeguarding requirements, and health and safety standards.
  • Represent Birmingham City Women FC professionally at all times.
