We are seeking a Physical Performance Coach to join our interdisciplinary team, working closely with coaches and support staff to deliver an elite-level physical development programme for our Girls PGA players.

Please note, this role is part time and will require flexi working hours to follow the football schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver a structured physical performance programme for PGA players.
  • Apply Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) principles in all sessions.
  • Collaborate with coaching staff to integrate athletic development into training.
  • Support the medical team in injury rehabilitation and return-to-play processes.
  • Maintain effective communication with the PGA Sports Therapist.
  • Deliver educational sessions on training habits, preparation, and recovery.
  • Facilitate matchday warm-ups and provide on-pitch support.

  • U21s & U16s Head Coaches
  • Sports Therapists
  • Head of Performance Services
  • PGA Operations Team
  • First Team Technical & Performance Staff (as required)

What We’re Looking For:

  • BSc in Sports Science / Strength & Conditioning or related discipline.
  • FA Enhanced DBS.
  • FA Level 1 Introduction to First Aid in Football (IFAiF) or FA Emergency Aid qualification.
  • Experience in athletic development coaching within a sporting environment.
