Make a Difference Through Sport

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Sports Therapist to help make a positive impact through sport. In this role, you will support the health, wellbeing, and development of participants by delivering high-quality sports therapy services, including pitch-side medical cover, injury management, rehabilitation support, and preventative care. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and positive sporting environment where every player can thrive.

About the Role

As a Casual Sports Therapist, you will provide high-quality injury prevention, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation support across our Football and Education Programme. You will play a key role in safeguarding player welfare, providing pitch-side medical cover and working closely with coaches and programme staff to create a positive player experience.

What You Will Do

• Deliver professional Sports Therapy services to our young players
• Provide pitch-side medical support at training sessions and fixtures
• Assess injuries and support rehabilitation and return-to-play plans
• Conduct screening and injury prevention activities
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
• Support a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all players
• Work collaboratively with coaches, families and external professionals
• Complete reporting and administrative requirements

Who We Are Looking For

• Degree in Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy or related discipline
• Professional registration with SST, STO, BASTRAT or equivalent
• First Aid / Trauma qualification
• Experience working in a sporting environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Passion for improving the lives of young people through sport
