As we continue to evolve our partnership offering and strengthen relationships with brands locally, nationally and internationally, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships Account Executive to join our Commercial team.
Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager – Activation, this role will support the delivery and activation of partner accounts, helping to ensure our sponsors receive outstanding service, creative integration and measurable value. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious commercial professional to grow within a dynamic football environment and contribute to the Club's long-term ambitions.
About the Role
The Partnerships Account Executive will support the day-to-day management and activation of partner accounts, ensuring contractual rights are delivered effectively and relationships are maintained to a high standard. Working closely with internal teams including Marketing, Media, Digital and Football Operations, you will help coordinate campaigns, matchday experiences and integrated activations that enhance partner visibility and fan engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Delivery & Account Support
- Support delivery of the Club's short- and long-term partnership strategy
- Assist with day-to-day management of partner accounts, including rights delivery and activation implementation
- Maintain accurate rights trackers, asset logs and activation schedules
- Support seasonal reporting and partner performance reviews to demonstrate return on investment
- Ensure all partner deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
- Relationship & Activation Support
- Act as a key point of contact for assigned partners
- Support planning and delivery of partner activations, campaigns and matchday experiences
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to coordinate integrated partner activity
- Identify PR, awards and storytelling opportunities to highlight partnership success
- Commercial & Operational Support
- Assist with identifying added-value opportunities to support renewals and partnership growth
- Maintain strong interdepartmental communication to ensure seamless delivery
- Develop a strong understanding of partner objectives and align them with Club initiatives
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management or a related field
Experience
- Ideally experience in a commercial or partnerships role, ideally within sport or entertainment
- Experience supporting partner accounts in a fast-paced environment
