As Academy Operations Co-Ordinator, you’ll play a key role in the planning, logistics, and compliance of Academy activities. You\’ll ensure operations are efficient, policies are followed, and players are supported to thrive in an elite development environment. From coordinating fixtures and transport to overseeing compliance and event logistics, your attention to detail will underpin everything we do.
Please note – this role does require evening and weekend working where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all Academy transport needs (players, staff, and trialists).
- Coordinate weekly schedules and manage Academy drivers in line with Club policies.
- Oversee fixture logistics from U9–U15 including officials, facilities, medical cover, and travel.
- Maintain accurate transport and compliance records (driver logs, mileage, MOT/tax).
- Support the Emerging Talent department with Pre-Academy and Development Centre fixtures.
- Manage and maintain SharePoint folders for transport, trips, and documentation.
- Assist with Academy events such as Awards Evenings, CPD sessions, and Induction Evenings.
- Ensure compliance with FA, EFL, PL, UEFA, and Club regulations on player registrations.
- Provide matchday coordination as required across age groups.
- Take secretarial responsibility including phone handling, minute-taking, and guest liaison.
