As Retail Marketing Executive, you will work at the heart of our marketing and retail operations, supporting the planning, delivery, and optimisation of marketing campaigns that drive fan engagement, product awareness, and revenue growth. From kit launches to matchday promotions, your work will bring the Club’s retail vision to life — both online and on the ground at the club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and delivery of seasonal campaigns including kit launches, Christmas, and sale periods.
- Collaborate with Content and Design teams to create high-impact visual and written content.
- Manage and execute retail campaigns across digital (social media, email, website) and paid channels (PPC, Meta, programmatic).
- Coordinate matchday retail promotions and in-store activations.
- Develop and manage point-of-sale (POS) materials, signage, and other physical assets.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights to refine future marketing efforts.
- Support product launches with clear, compelling communication across all channels.
- Maintain a well-organised retail marketing calendar.
- Work with CRM and data teams to create segmented, targeted marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and creative assets.
- Ensure all marketing activity aligns with the Club’s brand identity and values.
What are we looking for in you?
- Experience running both digital and in-store marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and commercial metrics.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools (Dotdigital, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- A creative flair with the ability to write compelling marketing copy and briefs.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Desirable:
- Experience working within sports retail or the wider sports marketing industry.
