As a Retail & Commercial Photographer, you’ll be responsible for capturing and delivering standout imagery across a wide range of Club initiatives — from kit launches and product campaigns to sponsor activations and events. You will help define the visual identity of our retail and commercial outputs, ensuring consistency, creativity, and quality across all platforms and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver photoshoots for product launches, kit releases, lifestyle campaigns, and more.
- Capture professional-quality imagery for eCommerce, digital marketing, and social media use.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships and Events teams to support commercial campaigns and activations.
- Provide photography services for Hospitality, Conferencing and Events materials and campaigns.
- Work closely with Graphic Design and Content teams to produce creative marketing assets.
- Maintain a strong and consistent photographic style aligned with the Club’s brand.
- Plan and manage all aspects of shoots — scheduling, logistics, lighting, and equipment.
- Edit, retouch, and optimise images for use across various digital and print platforms.
- Organise and maintain a clear, accessible photo archive.
- Support Club events, media days, and other ad-hoc photography needs.
What We’re Looking For In You?
- Proven experience in commercial photography, ideally within sport, fashion, or retail sectors.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product and lifestyle photography.
- Skilled in lighting setups for studio and location shoots.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Understanding of digital and eCommerce content standards and specifications.
- Ability to manage deadlines and thrive in a high-energy environment.

- Experience working within a football club or sports marketing environment.
