With significant investment across our football, commercial, and community operations, we are rebuilding the Club for long-term success — on and off the pitch. • Managing contractors and ensuring safe working practices across all works
  • Planning maintenance rotas and allocating matchday preparation tasks
  • Supporting matchday operations as the lead engineer on site
  • Monitoring stadium condition and supporting long-term maintenance planning
  • Supporting asset management and equipment lifecycle planning

  • Experience managing maintenance teams and schedules
  • Strong knowledge of facilities systems such as CAFM, BMS, fire alarms or CCTV
  • A strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance
  • Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience within a stadium, sports venue or large public building would be advantageous.
