The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Creative Traffic & Workflow Coordinator to become the driving force behind our creative and content delivery process. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on managing workflows, coordinating multiple projects, and ensuring that creative teams have everything they need to deliver outstanding work on time and at pace.

Working within a fast-moving marketing environment, you'll act as the central hub between stakeholders, designers, content creators, agencies and suppliers, helping to prioritise requests, manage studio capacity, and keep projects moving from brief to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Brief intake, prioritisation and pipeline

  • Own the intake of every brief across Marketing - creative, campaign, content, activation, partnership and matchday - through a single route on Monday.com, ensuring each one is properly scoped, tiered, prioritised and assigned before it enters production.
  • Pin down objectives, audience, deliverables, channels, dependencies and success measures at the point of briefing.
  • Run brief reviews with the Senior Marketing Planning Manager and Lead Designer: triage new requests, agree scope, confirm the route - in-house or agency - and commit to a delivery date.
