We are seeking an experienced and proactive Resourcing Partner to join our team on an initial 6-month Fixed-Term Contract, with the potential for extension.

Grade D – £45,091 to £53,460 per annum

Hybrid working, with the ability to attend our Birmingham office as business needs require

About the Role

As a Resourcing Partner, you will take ownership of a busy and varied recruitment portfolio, delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions across a range of services and professions.

You will work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, Workforce Planning and Early Careers teams to coordinate recruitment activity, manage competing priorities and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys operational recruitment, can manage a demanding workload and remains focused and solutions-driven when faced with recruitment challenges.

Recruitment Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of recruitment activity across your portfolio.
  • Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, ensuring vacancies are filled in a timely manner.
  • Advise managers on attraction, sourcing, selection and recruitment best practice.
  • Support managers through all stages of the recruitment process, from vacancy creation through to offer and onboarding.
  • Develop targeted attraction strategies to support hard-to-fill and specialist vacancies.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Business Partnering

  • Build strong working relationships with managers and senior stakeholders across assigned directorates.
  • Act as the main point of contact for recruitment advice and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with Workforce Planning, Early Careers and HR colleagues to support wider workforce priorities.
  • Provide practical recommendations and solutions to overcome recruitment challenges.

Performance and Continuous Improvement

  • Use recruitment data, market intelligence and performance metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Identify trends, risks and recruitment challenges and take proactive action to address them.
  • Support service improvements and the implementation of new recruitment approaches, tools and processes.
  • Share best practice and learning across the wider Resourcing team.

Supplier and Contract Management

  • Work with agency providers, search partners and recruitment suppliers to support hiring activity.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure value for money.
  • Support the management of recruitment budgets within your portfolio.

Compliance and Governance

  • Ensure all recruitment activity complies with employment legislation, organisational policies and GDPR requirements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and manage sensitive information appropriately.
  • Promote fair, transparent and inclusive recruitment practices at all times.

About You

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Significant experience of delivering operational recruitment and resourcing services.
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns and priorities within a busy environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of attraction, sourcing, assessment and selection methodologies.
  • Experience recruiting into hard-to-fill, specialist or high-volume roles.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to challenge and influence when required.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain resilient under pressure.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer and candidate experiences.
