Permanent, 36.5 hours per week. Grade B £28,598 – £34,434. Consultation grade – subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review.
Responsibilities
- The post holder will manage all aspects of housing including allocations, move on's, repairs, and the delivery of individual support and wellbeing to maintain a tenancy for sheltered housing tenants.
- Conduct face-to-face visits in tenants' homes to improve health and wellbeing of tenants, with a focus on older people and those with disabilities to help them achieve their goals and lead resilient, healthy lives in a sheltered environment.
- Work on tenancy conditions, anti-social behaviour, debt advice, benefit advice, and liaising with multiple agencies both internal and external for the benefit of the tenant and the City.
- Aim to enable people to live independently with support from multiple agencies as required.
- Be aware of building management and Health; you may work on multiple areas at various sheltered housing schemes.
Desirable to have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
