We have an exciting new role within the Planned Maintenance Team. The successful candidates will work alongside a knowledgeable and experienced team responsible for housing investment for the 57,000 council housing stock and help shape the future of the team.

The role entails managing the Planned Maintenance of Birmingham City Council Housing Assets. We are looking for someone with experience of property maintenance to help develop our strategy and implementation of the planned maintenance program.
Knowledge of building regulations, planned maintenance programming, eco funding, retrofit, and DESNES reporting, safety issues, compliance, understanding of the building safety act and relevant codes of practice, is essential for this role.
Good communication and team-working skills are important, and you should also have the ability to use Microsoft Office and other packages to prepare correspondence and reports.
