We are seeking a senior, delivery focused leader to head up this critical income and debt service at a time of significant change. You will lead the strategic and operational delivery of sundry debt and Adult Social Care collections. This role will play a key part in the transition of these services into the Revenues and Benefits portfolio, helping to align the service, strengthen controls and embed consistent, high performing collection practices across your portfolio.
You’ll drive performance, maximise income, modernise collection and recovery processes as well as lead and motivate a large workforce through the improved use of data, digital solutions and strong financial governance. You'll ensure our customer journeys are exemplary and that the service provides best value to the residents and businesses of Birmingham.
You Will Bring:
