We are currently recruiting to 2 x Control Room Operatives on a full time permanent basis joining our Control Officers security team.
As the successful individual, you will provide a professional and effective public CCTV/Door entry monitoring service working closely with the Mobile Patrol Officers and Security Service Supervisors, helping to provide safe, clean and secure neighbourhoods across the city of Birmingham.
You will be required to operate CCTV and door entry systems of communal areas/multi-storey blocks and other properties within the neighbourhoods of the city of Birmingham.
As a Control Room Operator you will be required to respond to enquiries from our customers and direct a response team to investigate. You will also handle any issues that are escalated from the Mobile Patrol Officers.
