We are looking for a results‑driven Operations Manager to lead our Adult Social Care income and debt collection team, maximizing recoveries to help protect essential frontline services for the city’s most vulnerable residents. This senior operational role offers real accountability and the opportunity to shape the team going forward. You’ll take ownership of performance and service quality across Adult Social Care collections. Leading your team you’ll use insight, strong controls and smart processes to drive recovery improvement while keeping fairness, inclusion and customer experience front and centre. You'll manage external partners, including legal and collection providers and contribute to policies, Cabinet reports and corporate priorities.
