This is a hands‑on, front‑facing role where no two days are the same — from working directly with tenants to coordinating repairs and preparing properties for new occupants. You will also take on a leadership role, managing a small team and driving performance to improve tenant visits and turnaround times.

What you'll be doing:

  • Advertising properties, arranging and conducting viewings, and supporting tenancy sign‑ups
  • Leading and supervising a small team, supporting development and day‑to‑day delivery

  • Leading and supporting initiatives such as the Furniture Recycling Project
  • Building strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners

  • A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to take ownership and show initiative
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confidence supervising or supporting others, with a willingness to lead and develop a team
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with tenants and contractors
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and solution‑focused mindset
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for this role)
