Salary:
- Band A: Actual salary £19,388-£22,004 plus SEN allowance £1,179
- Band B: Actual salary £22,361-£26,924 plus SEN allowance £1,179
Role and responsibilities:
Teaching Assistants at City of Birmingham School support both class teachers and pupils across a range of learning and developmental activities. This includes working with individuals and small groups, contributing to learning plans, promoting social and emotional development, supporting curriculum access and helping to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
