Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver re‑housing plans for households impacted by regeneration programmes.
- Provide tailored advice and case management across multiple tenure types.

- Identify suitable re‑housing options, working with Registered Providers, developers, and partners.
- Manage compensation arrangements in line with statutory requirements.
