We’re looking for a dedicated, flexible and forward thinking Night Security Supervisor.
About The Role
As a Night Security Service Supervisor you’ll be at the forefront of delivering our 24/7 Security Service. This is a unique opportunity to join a team delivering a vital service that supports the safety and wellbeing of our residents and customers.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing a team of Mobile Patrol Officers with a focus on inclusivity, trust, and continuous improvement.
- Driving service excellence by achieving and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Providing supervisory support and guidance and instruction for the Careline and Control room teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing teams and delivering high-performing services.
- A strong, inclusive leader with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for service improvement.
- Experience in security service delivery.
- A commitment to delivering value for money and exceptional customer service.
