We’re looking for a dedicated, flexible and forward thinking Night Security Supervisor.

About The Role

As a Night Security Service Supervisor you’ll be at the forefront of delivering our 24/7 Security Service. This is a unique opportunity to join a team delivering a vital service that supports the safety and wellbeing of our residents and customers.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Managing a team of Mobile Patrol Officers with a focus on inclusivity, trust, and continuous improvement.
  • Driving service excellence by achieving and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Providing supervisory support and guidance and instruction for the Careline and Control room teams.

  • Proven experience in managing teams and delivering high-performing services.
  • A strong, inclusive leader with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for service improvement.
  • Experience in security service delivery.
  • A commitment to delivering value for money and exceptional customer service.
