Birmingham City Council is seeking a Neighbourhood Support Officer to join a busy housing service across Birmingham. This full-time role runs 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, on an initial four-month contract with potential extension.

You will support tenancy management, estate visits, housing inquiries and reporting to assist housing management across the city. A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for travel.
