Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Significant experience working within a financial and information technology environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and interpret, collate and produce financial information in a variety of formats.
- Administrative experience, including establishing, developing and operating office systems.
- Experience of motivating, supervising and prioritising the work of others.
- Producing data using Microsoft Excel and/or other IT packages.
- Guiding colleagues on Information Technology – email, Office 365, Microsoft Excel, databases and related applications.
- Strong communication skills with experience of collaborating across diverse groups such as elected members, senior managers, members of the public and external stakeholders.
