An exciting opportunity for an adaptable, self‑motivated Member Support Officer to assist the Head of Member Support in delivering comprehensive and confidential governance services.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Significant experience working within a financial and information technology environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and interpret, collate and produce financial information in a variety of formats.
  • Administrative experience, including establishing, developing and operating office systems.
  • Experience of motivating, supervising and prioritising the work of others.
  • Producing data using Microsoft Excel and/or other IT packages.
  • Guiding colleagues on Information Technology – email, Office 365, Microsoft Excel, databases and related applications.
  • Strong communication skills with experience of collaborating across diverse groups such as elected members, senior managers, members of the public and external stakeholders.
