As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will play a pivotal role in guiding BAES to new heights of success. Your expertise, insights, and commitment will contribute to shaping and improving learner experience and outcomes while fostering an environment of innovation and inclusivity.
This Faculty within BAES is one of the largest providers of English/Maths Adult Skills Qualifications in England. With qualifications ranging from pre-entry to Level 2, including Functional Skills and GCSEs, we take pride in our enrichment offer, development of transferable skills, and progression rates, as well as our sector-outperforming achievement rates.
You will have the opportunity to shape the next phase of the Faculty’s journey as part of our broader aspiration towards outstanding. You will be leading a committed, caring, and ambitious team of talented managers and teachers singularly focused on delivering the highest quality of innovative and learner-centred outcomes.
BAES was last inspected in June 2024, where Ofsted issued a ‘Good’ grade for Overall Effectiveness. Our philosophy is to provide the best learner experience for every learner every day of their time with BAES and deliver the improvements and innovation to maximise outcomes for the people, communities, and businesses we serve.
