We are seeking a Digital Mail Project Manager to join our Corporate Digital Mail Centre, playing a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering innovative, secure, and customer-focused digital mail and hybrid communication solutions. This is a unique opportunity for a highly capable project professional who thrives in complex, multi-stream environments, combining operational leadership with the ability to drive strategic digital change across platforms. You will directly influence how digital mail services evolve, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. This role will lead, inspire, and develop high-performing operational teams within a fast-paced environment, embedding a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence. This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on operational leadership with advanced project management expertise, and who is confident leading complex digital change across platforms and services.

As a Digital Mail Project Manager, you will have:

  • Proven experience in operational leadership and project management, ideally within digital mail, document management, or hybrid communication environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Planet Press (Objectif Lune) or similar document/template management systems.
  • A solid understanding of document composition, data merging, and multi-channel output workflows (print, PDF, email, and digital delivery).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong technology and digital capability, including proficiency in Microsoft applications such as MS Teams and broader digital collaboration tools.
  • A proactive and forward-thinking approach, with the ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and identify emerging opportunities in digital technology and automation.
  • Strong organisational skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects and operational priorities in a complex environment.
  • A continuous improvement and innovation mindset, with a passion for driving efficiency, identifying opportunities to enhance compliance, and customer experience.
