  • Contribute to Local Community Safety Partnerships and place-based interventions.
  • Engage with residents, community groups, and stakeholders to build confidence and improve community safety.
  • Prepare reports and use data to inform decisions and drive positive outcomes.

What You'll Need

We're looking for a proactive and resilient professional with experience in community safety, ASB, housing, safeguarding, or a related field. You'll be passionate about supporting communities, confident managing complex cases, and able to work collaboratively to deliver positive outcomes for residents.

You Will Be Able To Demonstrate

  • Experience of managing anti-social behaviour (ASB), community safety, housing, safeguarding, enforcement, or related casework.
  • Strong investigation skills with the ability to gather evidence, assess risk, and manage complex cases.

  • Knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities and confidence in identifying and escalating concerns.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with partners, communities, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to tackle complex community safety issues.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging a wide range of audiences.
  • Experience of preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and using data to support decision-making.
  • Knowledge of anti-social behaviour legislation and community safety practices would be advantageous.

What We Offer In Return

  • Membership of West Midlands Pension Fund - with generous employer contributions
