We have 3 opportunities to support in the following areas
- Financial Assessment for People Receiving Care Work directly with vulnerable individuals and their families, providing clear guidance and support during financial assessments
- Direct Payments Processing Help people manage their care funding by processing direct payments accurately and efficiently
- Account Management & Billing Join the team that handles invoices and payments for care providers
The role of the Client Financial Services Officer can include:
- The completion of financial assessments for people living in a care home
- Provide high-quality financial services to internal and external customers
- Administer and maintain financial processes, including complex cases
- Offer guidance and support to colleagues, acting as an escalation point for unusual situations
- Keep up to date with legislation and welfare reforms to ensure compliance
- Help minimise directorate debt and contribute to continuous improvement
All training will be provided.
