Permanent position, Soulbury 13 -15, £58,400 - £61,271. Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review. Working 36.5 hours per week.

Do you have experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading others? Do you have excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities? A positive, collaborative approach and a commitment to improving outcomes for children with SEND.
The Birmingham Area SENCo Team requires 1 full-time teacher with QTS status to support the strategic and operational delivery of services across the Private, Voluntary and Independent (PVI) Early Years settings for children with SEND. We are looking for someone with expertise in Early Years and SEND teaching, a passion for improving outcomes for young children, and a commitment to working collaboratively with families and partners.
