Birmingham Children's Trust is seeking a full-time senior social worker to join our Post Adoption Support Team, providing trauma informed, therapeutic social worker support to adopted children and young people. You will safeguard and promote welfare, assess needs, develop care plans, and work with families, carers and agencies to provide ongoing support in a hybrid Birmingham-based role.
