The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

We are looking for Social Work Assistants to join the Children in Care Teams to support Social Workers who safeguard and promote the welfare of the most vulnerable children and young people in the City through the delivery of high quality service.

You will have a variety of work in this role such as:

  • Supporting young people to keep in touch with their families
  • Working closely with children and young people to undertake direct work and build trusting relationships
  • Working closely with other agencies working with families you are supporting
