Birmingham Children's Trust is seeking a Senior Personal Adviser to lead complex transitions for care leavers aged 16-25. You will coordinate across children's services, adult social care, health, housing, and education to ensure joined-up support and timely pathways into adulthood.

You will champion young people’s voices, drive improved outcomes and mentor practitioners through workshops, forums and professional leadership, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed, relationship-based practice.
