There has never been a better time to join Birmingham Youth Justice Service. Birmingham Youth Justice Service has four multi‐agency area‐based case management teams across the city, including a Court Team. In addition to statutory partners, the Service benefits from specialist officers, including Restorative Practice Workers, Parenting Workers, a specialist Autism Worker, Substance Misuse Case Workers, partnership with Forward Thinking Birmingham, Speech and Language Therapists, and Training and Employment Mentors. Girls Empowerment Team (GET) also contributes to our work.
We are looking to further enhance and strengthen our offer across the city, and are seeking to appoint a dynamic and driven individual to join us as a Reparation Project Manager. As our new Reparation Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the delivery of our reparation projects from start to finish. This includes planning, executing, and completing projects within agreed timescales and budgets, while coordinating team efforts to ensure successful outcomes.

This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
About You
- Be innovative and creative, with a passion for developing projects that engage young people in purposeful activities that deliver high quality reparation as part of their statutory and non‐statutory order.
- Proven track record in the Youth Justice field.
- Experienced Manager or Management background with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as you will be liaising with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
