Competitive rewards Competitive salary. £1,000 incentive payment on joining us if you have up to 3 years practice experience. (T&C’s apply) Up to £8,000 relocation payment (T&Cs apply). Reimbursement of your SWE registration fees. Up to £5,000 retention payment for eligible social workers (T&C’s apply). New employee rewards and benefits scheme including car lease scheme. Refer a qualified social worker and receive £500. Annual Leave 30 days paid annual leave and an additional eight bank holidays.
