Band 7 Team Manager – Memory Assessment Service
Overview
Band 7 Team Manager, Memory Assessment Service and Team Manager for the Triage clinicians for the Older Adults Single Point of Access. Lead a skilled and compassionate team providing high-quality assessment and diagnosis. Deliver clinically effective and person-centred care, supporting individuals and their families through timely assessments and diagnosis. Provide day-to-day leadership of the Memory Assessment Service and Single Point of Access clinicians. Oversee referral pathways, caseload management, and ensure compliance with NICE guidelines and Trust standards. Contribute to monitoring and improving service performance to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. Work collaboratively with partner services including primary care, community mental health teams, social services, and voluntary organisations. Provide Regular Managerial Supervision (RMS) and Annual Appraisals supporting staff development.
