Overview
An opportunity has arisen to join the Longbridge Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) as a Team Secretary/Receptionist on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be the first port of call for all patients, staff and visitors to the centre. The successful candidate will join an admin team which includes Meet & Greet, Receptionists, Team Secretaries and Medical Secretaries.
The post holder will be required to provide an effective and efficient clerical, administrative and reception service to patients/staff and visitors to the service. Recording and booking out-patient appointments, monitoring attendance, as necessary; this will involve the use of electronic systems.
There will be extensive liaison with Patients, GP’s Commissioners General Public and staff.
To provide a full range of reception and administrative duties, including the monitoring, recording and booking of Out Patient appointments.
To work in conjunction with other team members, ensuring administrative support is available to all members of the Hub.
