We are looking for a professional and customer-focused ID Centre Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the ID Centre Manager, you will support the daily operation of the ID Centre, delivering a high standard of service while ensuring compliance with security, data protection and safety requirements.
This is a varied administrative role requiring strong attention to detail, confidentiality and the ability to work accurately within regulated procedures. You'll play an important part in maintaining secure access across the Airport while demonstrating our core brand values.
Key Responsibilities- Produce and issue airport security ID, vehicle and car park passes in line with approved procedures
- Respond to enquiries face-to-face, by phone and email, providing accurate information
- Proofread and authorise documentation to ensure compliance for ID processing
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with GDPR requirements
- Support general administration, including correspondence and report preparation
- Process payments and issue receipts where required
