As a Continuous Improvement Implementation Manager, you will play a central role in shaping Birmingham Airport’s continuous improvement journey. Experience Required:
- Experience working in a complex operational environment such as aviation, transport, or infrastructure
- A proven track record of applying continuous improvement principles to deliver real operational change
- Confident facilitation and engagement skills, with the ability to bring people together at all levels
- Strong capability in using data and evidence to inform decisions and support investment cases
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into practical, actionable steps
- Lean, Six Sigma, or similar CI training or accreditation (advantageous but not essential)
