We are recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Shop Manager in one of our seven retail food outlets across the City of London and Canary Wharf. Birleys has been the home of the finest breakfast and lunch sandwiches, platters, buffets, soups and salads since the early 1980s.
As a Shop Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the preparation, presentation and the sale of hot and cold food items.
