Birley Bakery in Chelsea Green, London, is seeking a Night Baker to join our artisan bakery team. You will proof, bake and finish a range of viennoiserie and bakery products to the highest standards, and prepare grab-and-go items for display and service throughout the night shift.
You'll work straight night shifts from 3am–1pm, up to 48 hours a week, joining a team that champions craftsmanship, strict food safety and pride in presentation.
