We are seeking a high-impact Senior SAP Business Transformation Consultant who combines deep SAP expertise, strong business process acumen, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. This role is not a traditional delivery-only consulting position. It is a strategic, revenue-bearing leadership role responsible for originating, shaping, and closing $20M+ annually in SAP-related services and transformation programs.

The ideal candidate understands the full value of ERP as a business enabler — not just the technology — and can engage C-level stakeholders in conversations about operational excellence, digital transformation, and measurable business outcomes. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to SAP customers while driving significant order bookings across advisory, implementation, optimization, and managed services offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and achieve $20M+ annual order booking target
  • Identify, qualify, and close large SAP transformation and optimization programs
  • Build and manage executive relationships within SAP customer accounts
  • Develop account strategies and expansion roadmaps
  • Lead deal shaping, proposal development, pricing strategy, and executive presentations
  • Assess business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and Operations
  • Engage C-suite and senior business leaders on ERP-driven transformation
  • Translate business strategy into SAP-enabled solutions
  • Identify value levers and ROI opportunities within SAP landscapes
  • Develop business cases and value realization frameworks
  • Position S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and related offerings within broader business transformation initiatives
  • Architect high-level SAP solution strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Guide customers on SAP roadmap decisions (ECC to S/4HANA, cloud migration, innovation adoption)
  • Collaborate with delivery leadership to ensure realistic scope and execution alignment
  • Support executive steering committees during pre-sales and early program phases
Market Leadership
  • Represent the company as a thought leader in SAP transformation
  • Participate in industry events, executive roundtables, and SAP partner forums
  • Contribute to service offerings and go-to-market strategy development
Required Qualifications
  • 12–20+ years of SAP experience across implementation, transformation, or advisory roles
  • Deep knowledge of SAP solutions (S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Cloud solutions, BTP, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, etc.)
  • Proven track record of closing $10M+ enterprise consulting deals (experience scaling to $20M+ preferred)
  • Experience working within SAP partner ecosystem
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 SAP consulting firm
  • Experience leading S/4HANA transformation programs
  • Strong industry specialization (e.g., Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Life Sciences, Utilities)
  • Established network within SAP customer base
  • Familiarity with RISE with SAP and cloud transformation models
