About the Role

Job Tittle: ITIL Analyst

Location: London

Job Type: Full-time

A new ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library) analyst role has arisen within our London office. The successful candidate will be joining a small team and will be working on improving and implementing ITIL controls for the IT Support and operations team

Responsibilities

• Demonstrable experience in determining ITIL service management models & implementing ITIL controls, frameworks and processes
• Experience Implementing controls in an IT management environment, focusing on IT operations/services and projects transition into IT service support
• Good understanding of Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem, Asset Management and service transition
• Ability to work with IT and business teams, including Helpdesk/end user computing, infrastructure, security and application support & project development teams
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports to monitor key ITIL metrics
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and executives

Qualifications

Education details : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science is a plus.
