As Birkin Group continues to grow, we're looking to connect with Contract Managers for upcoming opportunities across our Corporate Workplace and Visitor Attraction portfolios in London. Based on our Contract Manager role profiles, the position includes accountability for:
- Operations
- Client relationship management
- Budget control
- Contract performance
Responsibilities include:
- Full ownership of contract budgets, forecasts and profitability
- Driving operational performance, service excellence and KPI achievement
- Identifying opportunities for contract growth and additional revenue
- Managing supply chain and subcontractor performance
- Supporting events, projects and operational change initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Facilities Management contract leadership
- Strong commercial acumen with budget and P&L responsibility
- Experience delivering contract growth and developing client relationships
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
