In this role you will support Birketts’ Business Development and Marketing Team to create compelling marketing collateral that reinforces the firm’s brand. You will guard brand guidelines, produce materials across print and digital formats, and support campaigns and events with polished templates and assets. The role emphasizes collaboration across offices, data-informed decision making, and sustainable, innovative marketing solutions. Responsibilities
- Create marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, invitations, templates)
- Guard brand consistency and ensure adherence to guidelines
- Develop digital assets for social media and websites; convert documents to digital platforms
- Source promotional goods and manage merchandise pool
- Support preparation of presentations, blogs, articles, and brochures
- Maintain version control and support DAM system for asset storage
- Provide analytical reporting on collateral usage and open rates
- Assist with invoice processing and marketing expenses
- Maintain collateral asset diary and coordinate across offices
- Support on-ground events and seminars as needed
Key requirements
- Strong desktop publishing skills (InDesign or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Exposure to digital collateral platforms; design-related qualification desired
- Proven track record delivering high-quality design projects
- Excellent attention to detail; ability to proofread and align copy with brand tone
- Self-motivated team player; can work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexible with working hours; effective collaboration across teams
