Birketts is a full service, UK Top 50 law firm with a heritage spanning 160 years. We have more than 700 lawyers and legal professionals and over 600 staff based in various locations. We advise businesses, government and public sector organisations and individuals in the UK and internationally across four principal practice groups: Real Estate, Corporate Services, Dispute Resolution and Private Client.

Our Business Development and Marketing Team sits within our wider Business Services Division. The team is responsible for the firm’s Business Development, PR and Communications, CRM, Campaigns and Events, as well as tender and proposal management. They support the firm’s strategic objectives and aim to build and drive the awareness of the Birketts’ brand.

The work you will be doing includes:

  • Create inspiring, well executed marketing collateral.
  • Act as a brand guardian and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Create brochures, flyers, invitations, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, digital assets for social media/website, and other marketing collateral requests.
  • Convert documents to digital platforms.
  • Source promotional goods and manage corporate merchandise.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, blogs, articles, and brochures.
  • Keep collateral up to date and manage version control.
  • Support provision of accurate analytical reporting on collateral usage.
  • Build strong working relationships with all teams.
  • Undertake other duties to meet the demands of the business.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong desktop publishing skills, particularly using InDesign or similar software.
  • Highly IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases.
  • A design-specific qualification is desired.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality design projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player who can work calmly under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable around working hours.
