Our team of experienced Real Estate Finance Lawyers handle a range of complex real estate finance law matters and advise on transactions throughout the UK. The team has detailed knowledge of all sectors of the property finance industry and acts for both lenders and borrowers. The specialist team advises financial institutions, private equity funds, hedge funds, institutional funds and other types of lenders, as well as developers and investors and our real estate finance team advises on a variety of financing issues.
You will join a team that manages a large case-load of secured lending transactions for a range of banks and specialist lenders. You will be responsible for:
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships, and identifying opportunities to add value
- Participating in marketing and networking initiatives
- Ownership of personal financial performance, demonstrating accountability and a commercial mindset
A minimum of 3 years PQE gained at a reputable legal firm is required, along with strong knowledge in all areas of commercial property and/or residential property and a genuine interest in real estate finance. A track record of managing caseloads with minimal supervision, strong attention to detail to produce work documentation which is consistently of a high standard, dependable and efficient time management, professional integrity and a commitment to providing excellent client service are essential. Competence in using Microsoft Word, Excel, time recording software, case management, Outlook and digital dictation is also necessary.

As an Associate, we typically expect candidates to have between 0β3 years PQE.
