Our Operations team sits within our wider Business Services Division. The team provide strategic and operational management across all sites to ensure the delivery of an industry leading, client-focused facilities management service (hard and soft services) including building and estates management, front of house, reception, cleaning services, catering, records and archive management, reprographics, health and safety and ESG.

You will work with the Catering Manager to:

  • Provide high quality catering for client entertaining and marketing events
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly observed
  • Set rooms for events as required, this includes appropriately removing or rearranging furniture in the meeting rooms
  • Ensure that the kitchen and preparation areas and catering equipment are maintained in an excellent condition and that they comply with the national food hygiene standards
  • Purchase catering supplies and consumables, e.g. tea, coffee, as appropriate
  • Ensure that rooms are cleared promptly with General Office after events and wherever possible to ensure that they are ready for immediate use

Certificate in Food Safety or equivalent. A NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in catering is desirable but not essential.
