Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow client relationships with a focus on high‑quality service
- Set up processes for new and existing clients to meet needs efficiently
- Lead, train, supervise, and mentor a team of junior lawyers
- Participate in networking events and business development activities to promote the firm’s services
- Contribute to the firm's strategic direction and success
- Deliver exceptional project and client management with clear communication and client understanding
- Support cross‑selling and market presence through pitches and marketing initiatives
Key requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the law with the ability to provide practical advice tailored to clients
- Commercial and analytical thinking to deliver service on a service level agreement basis
- Active role in marketing and practice development
- Recognised technical expert in real estate finance and related issues
- Ability to drive cash flow, pricing, and profitability through efficient time recording
