You’ll work with lawyers to understand needs, demonstrate tools, and maximise technology use within the division. Focus areas include integrating document management and AI, mapping value with LEAN, and driving change through training and demos. Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers in adopting technology to streamline workflows (document management, case management, AI, automation)
- Identify and implement process improvements using LEAN methods to boost productivity and quality
- Collaborate with Learning and Development to train lawyers on advanced legal tech features
- Lead evangelism for legal tech through demos and workshops to improve client outcomes
- Spend substantial time with lawyers to understand challenges and tailor tech solutions
- Manage technology and process change in an agile way to deliver timely value
- Coordinate with Learning & Development and Technology teams for comprehensive support and training
- Provide regular reporting and prioritisation updates to leadership and Technology Steering Group
Key requirements
- Experience as a lawyer with solid understanding of legal processes, especially dispute resolution workflows
- Proficiency with legal technology tools; ability to demonstrate and train others
- Familiarity with document automation, title analysis, reporting, and electronic signing tools
- Strong analytical skills for identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with lawyers, clients, developers, and leaders
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay updated on industry trends
