Birketts LLP is seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager to join our central Risk and Compliance team in a hybrid role with Ipswich office involvement.

You will lead a team, ensure regulatory obligations are met, and embed best practice across compliance, risk management, and client onboarding.

You will guide on SRA Standards and Regulations, AML controls, conflict checks, due diligence and governance. A proactive approach, strong judgment and collaboration are essential.
