The team you will join:
Our Operations team provide strategic and operational management across all sites to ensure the delivery of an industry leading, client-focused facilities management service (hard and soft services) including building and estates management, front of house, reception, cleaning services, catering, records and archive management, reprographics, health and safety and ESG.
The work you will be doing:
- Work with the Catering Manager to provide high quality catering for client entertaining and marketing events.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly observed.
- Set rooms for events as required, including appropriately removing or rearranging furniture in the meeting rooms.
- Ensure that the kitchen and preparation areas and catering equipment are maintained in excellent condition and comply with national food hygiene standards.
- Purchase catering supplies and consumables, e.g. tea, coffee, as appropriate.
- Ensure that rooms are cleared promptly with General Office after events and are ready for immediate use.

What we are looking for:
- Certificate in Food Safety or equivalent.
- A NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in catering is desirable but not essential.
- 3 years minimum experience in catering.
- Proven organisational skills.
- Able to undertake occasional out of hours work to cover functions.
- A candidate who can offer flexibility to their working pattern would be appreciated.
Hybrid Working:
