Your Tasks:
- Ensure an all‑round successful customer experience, offering a comprehensive and personal service through your expertise and open personality.
- Act as our brand ambassador, conveying the value and quality of our products through your competent support.
- Use our cash register system confidently and process daily closings, exchanges or refunds precisely and responsibly.
- Maintain composure and a positive attitude even in hectic situations.
- Present our products in an inviting way in accordance with the specified guidelines, paying attention to detail.
- Carry out general storage tasks with colleagues and replenish goods on the shop floor.
Your Profile:
- Initial professional experience in high‑quality (shoe) retail.
- A passion for people, a desire to learn and the ability to be a competent contact person for our customers.
- An inspiring and positive personality that motivates both colleagues and customers.
- Reliable and flexible availability between May and September, including weekdays and weekends.
- Very good English skills; other languages are an advantage.
- An enthusiasm for our products, a strong identification with the Birkenstock brand and a drive to make a difference together with us!
