YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the management of customer operations for defined B2B accounts in close collaboration with sales, logistics, accounting, and credit management.
  • Assist in daily order book management, including order releases, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain and update SAP master data and support the onboarding of new customer accounts.
  • Help process debit and credit notes and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders to support smooth operational processes.
  • Support the Customer Operations team in day-to-day business and ongoing activities.
  • Work with customer portals and contribute to cross-functional projects.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

  • Hands-on and service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Structured and analytical way of thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of reliability.
  • Interest in working in an international and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); SAP is a plus.
